The Mortgage Loan Officer (MLO) proactively solicits new residential mortgage business and sells A&D Mortgage products to meet established loan quality and production goals. In this on-going sales role, the Mortgage Loan Officer continually identifies, develops and maintains a quality network of business relationships that serves as a recurring source of referrals for new mortgage lending opportunities.
As a processor, you are helping people obtain the American Dream of home ownership. You will work closely with a variety of people involved in the transaction to keep the process running smoothly. You will work closely with the underwriter and closing department to assure that all documentation is in proper order and that it flows efficiently and within company timelines.

Primary duties including but not limited to processing first or second mortgages loans for first-time homebuyers.
Person in this position will manage and develop investments in non-conventional mortgage loans and mortgage related products for accredited and institutional investor pool of A&D Mortgage. Will plan, direct and coordinate long term investment strategies for domestic and international clients with emphasis on general fundraising, market counseling, comparing and structuring loan purchase processes.
You will be versatile and key to the compliance of the file, helping to keep our production timelines within company standards and assuring quicker approvals and faster closing timelines. As a Family Member of A&D you will work cohesively with the processors and underwriters as well as interact with outside vendors to oversee the compliance process.

Direct Mortgage Lender, expanding its operation and looking to hire a qualified, hardworking, and self-motivated individual with 2+ years of experience to join our team as a Head Underwriter. This is a high-pressure position that will require strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask. You must be able to handle a high volume of loans, while still remaining effective and accurate in assessing each loan. Must have recent experience as a Mortgage Underwriter to apply.
